MISTI Fitness - Belly dancing by the lake

The MISTI Fitness group, a Facebook group created after MISTI-Con 2013 for those who wanted to get in better shape before MISTI 2015, expressed an interest in me holding belly dance classes at MISTI. As a result, I will be offering a belly dance meetup/free class(es) during the conference for anyone interesting in getting her (or his) shimmy on. No experience necessary. Classes are designed for fun and a little bit of a light workout. All classes will be at a beginner level and all moves will be broken down. Once we pick a time, I'll post for everyone. Just show up, wearing comfy clothing. This is a total judgement-free activity. Participants of all shapes, sizes, ages, experience, fitness levels, etc. are welcome! Come celebrate the joy of shaking what your mamma gave you!
